Who is eligible?
- Couples that have taken wedding dance lessons at Heart & Sole Dance.
- Who fill out and submit THIS FORM
- And include a photo and or video of their wedding dance
What do you get?
EVERYONE THAT ENTERS GETS:
- Two "Wedding Dance Certified" t-shirts (can't buy 'em - have to earn 'em)
- Entered into the Wedding Dance Couple of the Quarter contest
COUPLE OF THE QUARTER WINNERS GET:
- featured in our "Wedding Dance Couple of the Quarter" Email
- featured on THIS PAGE (see below)
- their photo and quotes put up at the studio
- featured at bridal shows across Chicagoland
- The 'Wedding Dance Couple of the Quarter" PRIZE - which varies including (but not limited to) dinner for two, tickets to a game or show, goodies for the home, etc.
