Tired of hiding your butt?  Ready for a tight, lifted bum?  Learn the secrets of 'triple threat' training.  Using cardio and targeting the butt muscles from all different angles creates a firm, lifted and shapely bottom.

Unlike most workouts, B&GB works all three major muscles of the buttock: the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus from countless angels to lift, firm and shape your perfect behind.  Each class will includes a tummy toner to flatten abs and create that beach body.

This is am intense cardio and lower body and ab sculpting class.
