In celebration of National Dance Week, April 21-28, 2012, the South Suburban Regional Committee for National Dance Week is sponsoring a week activities and specials at Heart & Sole Dance in Tinley Park, IL.

Dance is proven to be an excellent form of exercise for the mind and spirit as well as the body. It builds discipline, respect, teamwork, and confidence, and has become increasingly recognized as a vital part of the American heritage and culture.
